The Story
A decade on, David Bowie's influence remains as powerful as ever. Fifty years on from Station to Station, Bowie: Live on the Loch at Cameron House brings that legacy into sharp focus.
The musicians who stood beside him, on stage and in the studio, reunite once more. The Bowie Glastonbury band returns to perform a selection of his greatest works, joined by very special guest vocalists. The people who knew him best come together in support of the charity closest to his heart, Save the Children.
Bowie's relationship with the charity was lifelong and deeply held. Most notably, his 50th birthday concert at Madison Square Garden was staged in aid of Save the Children, a defining moment where music and purpose became one.
That story continues here.
Across the weekend, guests will experience a rare and deeply personal celebration of Bowie's life and work, including the screening of never-before-seen footage connected to that iconic Madison Square Garden performance.
The Duffy Archive will present all five of the legendary Bowie photographic sessions together, exhibited in Scotland for the first time. Alongside this, a programme of panel discussions and intimate performances will offer deeper insight into the life, music and legacy of one of the world's most influential artists.
Earl Slick's Rock 'n' Roll Auction, presented by the historic Regent Sounds studio on Denmark Street, where Bowie made his first recordings, brings a further layer of cultural significance to the weekend.
With PR led by Alan Edwards and the Outside Organisation, Bowie's representatives for over 40 years, the event is positioned as a moment of genuine cultural significance.
An extraordinary gathering of music, memory, and meaningful impact.
